This entire flash was basically one joke, a pun, (barely funny one) maybe it's because I didn't like the voice acting, (yousluryourwurds) Good mouth animations but thats about it. Front page? nope

Learn to f**king talk you overly-dramtic nerds. The sentences were almost complete nonsense, the voice acting just horrible and a script that makes most pornos sound like they deserve emmy's. The overly dramtic shit was just unbearable. The animation(ish) wasn't bad, it was graphicaly sound, I just can't get by how anoying I got by the whole thing. This could have been great if you worked on the script just a little (because thats all you would have to do, just a little bit of editing) work on the script.
Example: "Visiblity 0" if you wanted to be dramatic why not actually choose a plausable number? First of all visiblity isn't represented by numbers unless by machine, and if it were, you would never get 0 as the reading unless the quipment was broken. I know this seems like petty stuff but cinimaticaly it matters.

"I dont see anything" You take that literatlly, the spartans were saying it formally - Sharp and quick not pussy footing around. Its raining so bad with heavy cloud cover that they cant see shit! Thats what they were saying. Never heard a police intercom? You can go online and listen live.

I haven't a clue what it meant...

But this was one of the most origional things I've seen in a while. Being abstract iwhile maintaining a certain style is much harder htna i 99% of the people who will review this know. As I said I've only watched it once but I couldn't figure out any plot lines. Al that means is it's completely random, or it's extremely subtle. Whatever it is, I can tell a good amount of work went into it and you've got quiet a unique result. Good Work....

the very loose plot line was that there we machines coming to attack a tree (as far as we know) and that the treekeepers wanted to stop them. After finishing about a minute of the (90 second) short, I realized that its really hard to end stuff like this, and eventually the idea to have the big machine and the tree merge seemed like the most suitable option.
Then again, it could just be looked at as an experiment in flash drawing techniques, in which case, when the viewer understands this, most sense of plot is un-needed. how good an animation is, is completely up to the context the viewer assumes the animation is in. Thanks for the review!

1. i didnt like how you kept using the Japanese quote again and again, you obviously like the way it sounds. 2. patriotism is a good thing but for some reason american patriotism just pissed me off 3. In regards to the "terrorist" attack of 9/11, yes it was a tragedy that almost 3000 people died, but i think you would be hard pressed to remain so overly dramatic after watching (AND EVERYONE WHO HAS EVER HEARD OF 9/11 NEEDS TOO WATCH) the Loose Change documentary of 9/11 which is viewable for free on google video. I'm Canadian, the death toll for the bullshit war is around 50 for Canada, America's casualties are over 10 000, I'm getting really sick of people still beleiving we should even BE there. WATCH THE DOCUMENTARY BEFORE RESPONDING TO THIS

but there was just something off about it, i think it just needs a little more work put into it, there were some awkward movements, cinematically it could have been more appealing. I also noticed quite a few story themes similar to the Starcraft cinimatics. There is a ton of potential here, just needs some refinement. Study some animation theory. Good job overall, (just not finished ;)

I don't meen to be an asshole, but my general opinion on things like this is that they are sort of a waste of time. If your going to make a sprite animation, you had better have come up with a damn good story to back them up, because making sprites work isn't what I would call "origional animation". I mean this isn't terrible, but hopefully you can do better than this.
