Can't you keep trash like this off NG at least?
I'm so sick of seeing these ads for American idol, why the hell can't they leave NG out of this? Christ it's like it was a joke or something ;)

Allot o'work
Good animation, voices were kinda crackly at times. The rotation was pretty good to everything kept in proportion well. The only thing I'll say is bad, is you basically copyed "Invader Zim" graphically and comedically, so points lost on origionality. But other than that good work with lots of potential. Hope you do more.
I haven't a clue what it meant...
But this was one of the most origional things I've seen in a while. Being abstract iwhile maintaining a certain style is much harder htna i 99% of the people who will review this know. As I said I've only watched it once but I couldn't figure out any plot lines. Al that means is it's completely random, or it's extremely subtle. Whatever it is, I can tell a good amount of work went into it and you've got quiet a unique result. Good Work....
thanks!
the very loose plot line was that there we machines coming to attack a tree (as far as we know) and that the treekeepers wanted to stop them. After finishing about a minute of the (90 second) short, I realized that its really hard to end stuff like this, and eventually the idea to have the big machine and the tree merge seemed like the most suitable option.
Then again, it could just be looked at as an experiment in flash drawing techniques, in which case, when the viewer understands this, most sense of plot is un-needed. how good an animation is, is completely up to the context the viewer assumes the animation is in. Thanks for the review!
um...wow you must just kill at parties
i realize you were on a deadline, if you did in fact make this in one day than I'm impressed with that aspect. but what the hell were you smoking? it takes a pretty wierd mind to take something as simple as breathing and turn it into something this dark and gory. I guess what im trying to say is this just screams emo.
Naaaht baaad mang....
Nice little style goin there very anime, voice overs could be better, dig the music/sfx, i like the script to actually, heh heh yeah (the dont play games stands out) Overall am pretty nice piece of work.
your obviously depressed
and btw FUCK YOU if you suck at skating dont fucking skate go do your homework or some shit you pussy ass mother fucker DONT EVER TELL PEOPLE NOT TO SKATE YOU PEACE OF SHIT. Fuck you...and your whole shit...im out
not baaaad...
but there was just something off about it, i think it just needs a little more work put into it, there were some awkward movements, cinematically it could have been more appealing. I also noticed quite a few story themes similar to the Starcraft cinimatics. There is a ton of potential here, just needs some refinement. Study some animation theory. Good job overall, (just not finished ;)
Thanks for your review there - I mean to up my game a little more each time so those're good pointers - more fluid animation and everything. Cheers for taking the time!
gettin nowhere
I don't meen to be an asshole, but my general opinion on things like this is that they are sort of a waste of time. If your going to make a sprite animation, you had better have come up with a damn good story to back them up, because making sprites work isn't what I would call "origional animation". I mean this isn't terrible, but hopefully you can do better than this.

I'm skillfull at making sprite movies :)
why the hell is this front page?
Uhhhh, I'm always confounded by the iratic way movies get frontpage. So, ok, this prolly could have been done in a day or two, and the drawing was frankly whack. I bet you could do better, just cuz you actually have a (finished) movie here. The fact is this movie is just not that good.
